UC DAVIS BASEBALL HALL OF FAME RESOLUTION

BE IT KNOWN: The Alumni, Staff and Student-Athletes of University of California at Davis Baseball do hereby adopt this resolution as a means of paying tribute and recording for posterity our appreciation for Trainer DICK LEWIS and his outstanding contributions to UC Davis Baseball: and

WHEREAS, he has established a continued exceptional record of personal commitment, faithfulness and service to the Alumni, Staff, and Student-Athletes of University of California at Davis Baseball; and

WHEREAS, he has exceeded all expectations of the coaching staffs and the student-athletes whom he has served as an athletic trainer, father-confessor and friend; and

WHEREAS, he has unselfishly aided in the consistent improvement and evolution of the UC Davis Baseball program with his encouragement, his smile and his gifted touch; and

WHEREAS, by virtue of his humanity, friendship, loyalty, dedication and commitment to UC Davis Baseball participants and to his craft of athletic training; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Alumni, Staff and Student-Athletes of University of California at Davis Baseball do hereby convey to DICK LEWIS our deepest gratitude for his decades of outstanding service and look forward to his continued contributions in the future.
