NCAA All-American & best overall UCD second baseman in 20th century. 1993 NCAA West Region Player of the Year & Northern California Athletic Conference Player of the Year. Led team to 1993 NCAC Championship (30-5) that shattered decades old school record with 43 victories. All-Century UCD Defensive Team second baseman with sure hands, quick release & strong accurate arm. Right-handed line drive hitter batted .357 in 57 games with 62 runs, 81 Hits, 11 Doubles & 35 Runs Batted In to round out huge senior year. Finished great two-year career with .328 average, 91 Runs, 126 Hits, 17 Doubles & 50 Runs Batted In.
